Terms and Conditions for Promotion
1. Eligibility:
- Grand Opening Promotion (hereafter referred to as ‘Promotion’) are open to all participants of UnicDIY workshops unless otherwise specified. Participants must be of legal age or have parental consent to participate.
- Promotion only applicable to activities and classes, not applicable to online shop, school holiday program and Events and Parties.
- Each customer can only make one booking for free session
2. Promotion Schedule:
- 6th Dec – 8th Dec Free
- 9th Dec – 11th Dec 50% off
- 12th Dec – 15th Dec 20% off
- Promotions may vary by workshop or activity and are subject to change.
3. Registration:
- To take advantage of the promotion, participants must book the sessions. Spaces are limited and will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
4. Copyright
- By registering the promotion sessions, participants consent to UnicDIY’s use of any photos taken during the sessions for marketing and advertising purposes.
5. Membership:
- All customers who book a promotion session will automatically become members of UnicDIY, granting them access to exclusive benefits and future promotions.
6. Payment:
- All promotional discounts will be applied at the time of booking. Discounts cannot be applied retroactively to past registrations or combined with other offers unless specified.
7. Cancellation Policy:
- Participants who wish to cancel their booking must notify UnicDIY at least 48 hours before the workshop to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the workshop may be subject to a cancellation fee.
8. Non-Transferable:
- Promotions are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other benefits.
9. Modifications:
- UnicDIY reserves the right to modify or cancel promotions at any time without prior notice. Participants will be informed of any changes via email or posted announcements.
10. Liability:
- Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless UnicDIY from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from participation in the promotion or associated workshops.
11. Acceptance of Terms:
- By registering for a workshop during the promotional period, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
12. General Terms and Conditions
- All General Terms and Conditions also apply to promotion session. In case of any contradiction between the General Terms and Conditions and the Terms and Conditions for Promotions, the latter will take precedence.

General Terms and Conditions
- All tools, materials, and equipment required for activities are provided unless otherwise specified.
- No prior experience is required for participation in UnicDIY activities.
- Participants are expected to follow all safety guidelines and instructions provided by UnicDIY staff.
- Deposit is required to secure a booking. The remaining balance must be paid in-store on the day of the event or activity.
- You may reschedule your reservation up to 48 hours before the workshop start time, subject to availability.
- Cancellations made 48 hours before the workshop start time are eligible for a refund of your deposit.
- No refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of the workshop start time, including no-shows, however, you can transfer the booking to someone else.
- Children under 8 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
- Participants are allowed to bring their own lunch, and free snacks are provided.
- UnicDIY is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during participation in activities or events.
- Participants acknowledge that crafting activities may involve tools or materials requiring care and attention.
- By participating in UnicDIY activities, you agree that any photos or videos taken during sessions may be used for marketing and promotional purposes. If you do not wish to appear in promotional materials, please inform the UnicDIY team before the session begins.
- Respect for instructors, staff, and other participants is always expected.
- UnicDIY reserves the right to remove individuals who engage in disruptive or inappropriate behaviour.
- UnicDIY reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted in the studio and on the official website.
