Processing Time

Custom or made-to-order items may require additional time, which will be communicated at the time of purchase.

Domestic Shipping Rates
Flat shipping fee of $10 applies for online shopping orders under $100(excluding taxes and discounts).
Free shipping is available for online shopping orders over $100 (excluding taxes and discounts).
Above applies only to online purchases of products and excludes parties, events, activities, and classes.

Delivery Times
Delivery times vary based on the shipping method chosen and the destination:

Order Tracking

Lost or Damaged Shipments
We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged during transit.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and details to initiate a claim with the courier.
